Floor Manager

We are a well established Italian Restaurant Group in New York City known for warm hospitality, authentic cuisine, and refined service. We are seeking an experienced Floor Manager to join our team and help ensure every guest enjoys an exceptional dining experience.

Job Responsibilities include :

• Oversee daily floor operations during service, ensuring smooth coordination between front and back of house.
• Greet and engage with guests to ensure satisfaction and handle any issues promptly and gracefully.
• Lead by example — maintain a professional, polished, and approachable presence on the floor.
• Manage reservations, table assignments, and pacing of service to optimize guest experience.
• Supervise and support servers, hosts, bussers, and runners; assist with training and maintaining service standards.
• Communicate clearly with the kitchen and bar to ensure accurate and timely order execution.
• Uphold the restaurant’s culture of hospitality, professionalism, and attention to detail.
• Contribute to a positive team environment and mentor staff in service etiquette and guest relations.
