Job Responsibilities include :
- Oversee daily floor operations during service, ensuring smooth coordination between front and back of house.
- Greet and engage with guests to ensure satisfaction and handle any issues promptly and gracefully.
- Lead by example — maintain a professional, polished, and approachable presence on the floor.
- Manage reservations, table assignments, and pacing of service to optimize guest experience.
- Supervise and support servers, hosts, bussers, and runners; assist with training and maintaining service standards.
- Communicate clearly with the kitchen and bar to ensure accurate and timely order execution.
- Uphold the restaurant’s culture of hospitality, professionalism, and attention to detail.
- Contribute to a positive team environment and mentor staff in service etiquette and guest relations.
