Job Title : Project Coordinator
Job Description :
We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support our construction team in managing project documentation, scheduling, and communication. This role is essential in ensuring smooth project execution by assisting Project Managers and Superintendents with administrative and coordination tasks.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist with project coordination, scheduling, and administrative tasks.
- Manage and track project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, change orders, and contracts.
- Communicate with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to gather required documentation.
- Maintain compliance with contract requirements and company policies.
- Support permitting, insurance, and bonding processes for public and private projects.
- Monitor project budgets, purchase orders, and invoices.
- Assist with project closeout, including compiling warranties, as-builts, and final documentation.
Requirements
Qualifications :
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and construction management software (Procore, Bluebeam, etc.).Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability.Excellent communication skills and ability to multitask.Understanding of construction workflows, project documentation, and contract administration.Nice to havesKnowledge of MS Project, Procore, Blue Beam, Word, Excel, and Power PointBenefits
