We are adding an HR Operations and Benefits Manager to our growing Human Resource division in Seattle, Washington. In this role you will :
coach and lead staff in the People Services area, enhancing the experience of our employees and managers through operational excellencework with benefits broker on management of vendor relations and service levelsoversee service culture, approach and response to employee and manager questionsmanage the work of the team ensuring accuracy and timely completion of workrecommend process documentation and workflow improvementact as liaison to the larger HR Ops team ensuring alignment with department strategy and roadmapidentify improvement opportunities and make recommendations to HR Ops DirectorWhat You Need to Succeed at McKinstry
5 years' experience managing people requireddemonstrated proficiency for all the responsibilities of an HR Generalist including benefits, HRIS, Onboarding, and compliance requiredbachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Management or related degree or equivalent work experience requiredPHR / SPHR or equivalent experience requiredten (10) years of experience in Human Resources requiredworking knowledge of Federal, state, and local Employment law requiredadvanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Visio required; working knowledge of SharePoint preferredstrong communication skills required, to include :ability to express selfboth written and verbalability to draw discussions to conclusionability to speak in front of a group and interact with senior company leadersPeopleFirst Benefits
