Replenish is small local coffee shop operating out of the Kenwood Collection.

Job Description : The basic purpose of the position is to manage the Maintenance Department of the facility along with its staff of team (janitorial and cleaning) members to ensure smooth, uninterrupted production while controlling department expenses and creating the safest working environment possible. The expected results would be to reach pre-determined performance goals which would help the company maximize production and profitability and utilize assets to their fullest.

Job Qualifications / Requirements :

• Previous Maintenance experience in a commercial environment
• Ability to travel to various sites as needed (a valid driver’s license)
• Knowledge of Electrical and electronic principles
• Knowledge of Preventive maintenance procedures
• Supervisor experience over a team of 5 or more
• Knowledge in technology of movie theater equipment
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds
• Ability to work on your feet for consistent 10 hour shifts
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays if needed
• Minimum of 45 hours a week
• Must have high school diploma, or GED
