job_description.job_card.job_descriptionPresent menus and answer questions about menu items. Offer recommendations and suggestions based on customer preferences. Take accurate food and beverage orders. Provide attentive service throughout the meal, checking on guests and addressing any needs. Handle customer complaints or concerns with a positive attitude. Order Management : Communicate orders to the kitchen and bar staff. Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages. Monitor food quality and presentation. Food & Beverage Service : Ensure proper table settings and condiments are available. Clear finished courses and reset tables for the next guests. Payment Processing : Process payments accurately and efficiently. Handle cash and credit card transactions. Restaurant Maintenance : Assist with opening and closing duties, such as setting up tables and cleaning. Ensure the restaurant adheres to health and safety regulations. Teamwork : Communicate effectively with team members to address guest needs. Assist other servers as needed. Excellent customer service skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work well under pressure. Positive and friendly attitude. Knowledge of menu items and restaurant procedures. Ability to work as part of a team.
Server
$2-5 / hr + tips $3 meals on working shifts
- Customer Interaction :
Warmly greet guests and seat them.
Accurately enter orders into the point-of-sale (POS) system.
Serve food and drinks to guests in a timely and efficient manner.
Present bills to guests.
Maintain a clean and organized dining area.
Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service.
