Key Responsibilities
Ensure sales tools and systems meet business requirements across the sales lifecycle
Track the revenue funnel and operational metrics, delivering insights to improve performance
Create and maintain documentation on revenue processes and assist with onboarding new sales team members
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field
5+ years of experience with Salesforce and marketing automation solutions
Proven expertise in revenue operations or sales operations roles
Advanced Excel skills and strong understanding of Salesforce and revenue technology strategies
Experience in driving change and working cross-functionally in fast-growing organizations
