• Schedule : 1.0 FTE, with 36 Patient Contact Hours; 4 hours of admin time per week. Clinic hours are 7 : 00am to 5 : 00pm.
• Call Schedule : On-Call provider takes nightly / weekend / holiday Call; rotation is 1 : 18.
• Practice Detail : Ascension Medical Group-Richmond St Clinic in Appleton, Wisconsin is looking for a Family Practice Physician to join our elite team (4 MD / DOs and 3 Nurse Practitioners-fully staffed). This clinic is a thriving environment and providers see 12-18 patients per day. Our clinic is conveniently located, off hwy 41, in Appleton. We have Radiology, Lab, Physical Therapy and Urgent Care onsite. Will consider new grads.
