Qualifications Required :
1+ years of experience in a HR and / or TA related function at a coordinator level or aboveExperience with office administration, data entry, and strong proficiency in HR systemsProviding high levels of customer service to internal and external customersProficient in Microsoft Office, specifically advanced level with Microsoft Outlook and intermediate level with Microsoft Excel and PowerPointCommitted to incorporating security into all decisions and daily job responsibilitiesPreferred Qualifications :
Experience and knowledge of HRIS systems, Workday and DayforceExperience with iCIMS or other applicant tracking systemsExperience with scheduling interviews and calendar coordinationExperience running standard and ad-hoc reports, and analysisExperience with FMLA case coordination and administration
