About you
Required skill and experience
Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree (e.g., MBA, MA / MS in Organizational Psychology, HR, or related field) strongly preferred.
2+ years of experience in leadership consulting, culture transformation, organizational design, or change management.
4+ years of experience in HR or leadership consulting, with demonstrated success in project delivery and client engagement. Experience in project management and involvement in pre-sales activities (e.g., proposals, RFPs) is highly desirable.
Prior in-house experience within corporate HR or Talent functions is a plus.
Experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
Interest or experience in applying AI and machine learning tools within consulting environments, with a view on their potential to transform client delivery models.

What we offer
Compensation : $110,000 - $175,000 per year plus bonus
Placement within this range is determined by geographic location, experience, and other compensatory factors.
Benefits : Medical, dental, vision, life and AD&D insurance, short-term and long-term disability, voluntary benefits, commuter benefits, wellness plans, 401k or non-qualified deferred compensation, PTO, holidays, and up to 6 weeks of Paid Parental Leave. PTO and holidays are prorated based on hire date.
