The role
Be the face of Multipolitan in Miami. Turn interest into trust and trust into lasting client partnerships through strategic business development across the wealth management ecosystem. Build a reputation based on sincerity and unbiased client advice and lead a high‑performing team of client advisors.
What you will do
- Build awareness with HNWIs and key intermediaries across Miami and the LATAM corridor
- Run high‑impact meetings with introducers and prospects
- Advise on residence and citizenship planning across our global programs
- Beat quarterly and annual revenue targets
- Stay on top of policy and program changes to guide client decisions
- Represent Multipolitan at industry events and private forums
What you bring
10+ years in client‑facing sales in wealth, private banking, investment, real estate, or recruitmentExperience with HNWIs and strong Miami or LATAM networksFluent English and SpanishConfident negotiator with tact, diplomacy, and a collaborative mindsetProficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
