Integrate Amazon Connect with Salesforce, optimizing contact flows and ensuring data harmony

Develop high-quality Salesforce customizations and ensure scalable, reliable voice solutions

Required Qualifications

5+ years of professional experience in software development, with significant Salesforce platform experience

Expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud Voice and its integration with Amazon Connect

Strong Salesforce development skills, including proficiency in Apex and Lightning Web Components

Familiarity with AWS and integration technologies

Quality-focused engineering mindset with a strong grasp of software engineering fundamentals
