Underwriter

Robert Half is partnering with a leading client seeking a detail-oriented Underwriter to join their team on a contract-to-hire basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring all loan documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant. This role involves evaluating credit, capacity, and collateral, identifying and resolving deficiencies, and ensuring consistency across all loan data.

Key Responsibilities :

• Review all loan documentation for accuracy and completeness.
• Evaluate credit, capacity, and collateral to ensure compliance and consistency.
• Properly condition loans for missing or deficient information.
• Manage a pipeline of up to 40 active loans at varying stages.
• Re-prioritize workflow to meet daily and weekly volume goals.
• Multi-task efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
