Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) certification and 1+ years Pharmacy Technician experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

An established specialty retail pharmacy is seeking an experiencedPharmacy Technician for a full time, Day Shift position. This is a 13-week contract with the strong possibility of hire if its a mutual fit.

Start Date : ASAP coverage needed beginning Wednesday, October 1

Schedule : MondayFriday, 8 : 00 a.m.5 : 00 p.m. (no weekends)

Type : 13-Week Contract-to-Hire potential

Position Overview

Work closely with a patient population managing multiple chronic conditions (e.g., diabetes, hypertension, MS).

Provide exceptional munication and passionate service to patients who may have low health literacy.

Fill and verify prescriptions, process insurance claims, and assist with patient education.

Use Pioneer Rx software (training available).

Requirements

Active Ohio Pharmacy Technician registration / certification

Solid retail or specialty pharmacy experience

Strong knowledge of the top 200400 drugs monly dispensed in retail settings

Excellent munication skills and patience when assisting plex patients
