Director of Residential Engineering - Civil Site Development

Gaskins + LeCraw is an enhanced, full-service company, offering survey, planning, and engineering capabilities across the Southeast.  We are currently seeking a  DIRECTOR OF CIVIL ENGINEERING for the Residential Division in our Marietta office.    RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Director of Residential Engineering will support, mentor and manage a team of Project Managers, Project Engineers and Technicians Monitor engineers' performances The Director of Residential Engineering will prepare and deliver presentations to clients Forecast overall project management The Director of Residential Engineering will be responsible for leading project pursuits REQUIREMENTS : Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering or related engineering field.
• PE Registration is required.  If not currently a licensed PE in Georgia, the ability to obtain a GA PE license via reciprocity is required.  10 plus years of related experience Project experience related to residential site development is required for the Director of Engineering Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are a must.
• Organizational skills and detail oriented Previous experience managing project teams, budgets, schedules and deliverables Our pay and benefits package are among the best in the industry.
