Rycor (www.rycorhvac.com) is the largest and fastest-growing installer of heat pumps in the United States. We're expanding across the Southeast and launching a new office in Durham, NC—where you'll be the face of our residential sales effort.
A Day in the Life
Start your day reviewing your schedule in the CRM and rolling out in your company car to meet homeowners. You'll listen closely, tour the space, capture measurements and photos, and perform BTU load calculations. With those insights, you'll sketch system layouts and present tailored heat pump solutions—walking clients through options with clear, confidence-inspiring product demonstrations.
As the trusted advisor, you'll negotiate agreements, close business, and ensure a seamless handoff to our operations team. Between visits, you'll analyze market activity, update forecasts, and prepare concise sales reports. Some days wrap with industry events or trade shows where you represent Rycor's best-in-class capabilities.
