Position Overview
Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead a dedicated team in Denver, CO. This supervisor position offers a competitive salary range of $90,000 - $107,000 annually, based on experience. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English, with bilingual Spanish / English skills strongly preferred. The Maintenance Manager will be responsible for overseeing maintenance operations, ensuring equipment reliability, and driving continuous improvement initiatives within the manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a team of 2-3 Maintenance Technicians, overseeing hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
Develop and execute preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs to reduce equipment downtime by 20%+.
Maintain and upgrade CNC machines, laminating equipment, forklifts, air compressors, and facility infrastructure (HVAC, plumbing).
Prepare and manage annual maintenance budgets, including parts procurement and capital expenditures.
Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and company safety policies.
Drive lean manufacturing and Kaizen initiatives.
