Hours : Part-time; 10-32 hours / week (review our standard operating hours); opportunities for growth; MUST be willing to travel between all three centers (San Diego, Chula Vista, and Encinitas)

Brain Balance of Greater San Diego seeks a dynamic, neurodiversity affirming Coach who possesses outstanding interpersonal and intrapersonal skills looking to grow their career. The Brain Balance Program® is an evidence-based, drug-free brain performance program to improve focus / ADHD, regulation, cognition, anxiety, confidence, and more. It addresses the root causes behind behavioral, social, and cognitive challenges (i.e. ADHD, autism, dyslexia, sensory processing, memory, performance, etc.) through a personalized, holistic program incorporating proven cognitive, behavioral, and nutrition methods—an integrated approach that is literally redefining what’s possible for kids, teens, and adults. The Coach is responsible for executing individualized programs. In addition, the Coach will support with program development and operations. We offer extensive and ongoing training, and training is paid. The Coach reports to the Program Director.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to :

• Lead students through their individualized Brain Balance program by motivating students as young as 3 and / or adults to complete a series of physical and sensory motor exercises, academic and cognitive skills training, and social and emotional learning (SEL) skills
• Operations
• Outreach / Community relations, as needed
• Other duties as assigned
