Key Responsibilities :
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals and revenue targets
Manage and mentor the sales team, providing coaching and support to enhance performance

Required Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Finance
5+ years of experience in SAAS sales, with a proven track record of managing sales teams
Strong understanding of SAAS products and the software market
Familiarity with CRM software and sales management tools
Experience in developing sales training programs for team development
