Bone & Joint is seeking a Director of Clinical Operations to lead and elevate our clinical services across Central Wisconsin, including locations in Rib Mountain, Wausau, Medford, Merrill, and Plover.

In this high-impact role, you'll oversee a team of 60+ medical professionals, including physicians and advanced practice providers, driving operational excellence, patient satisfaction, and strategic growth. You'll collaborate closely with leadership to shape the future of our clinics-ensuring top-tier care, regulatory compliance, and efficient, patient-centered operations.

What You'll Do :

• Lead clinical and ancillary operations across multiple outpatient sites; jumping in to help when needed
• Optimize provider schedules, patient flow, and financial performance
• Drive quality care initiatives, including MIPS and patient satisfaction programs
• Develop and implement clinic-specific policies and workflows
• Collaborate on strategic planning, expansion, and facility management
• Foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement
