Your role in our mission

• Address client / member inquiries by responding to basic questions or directing them to the appropriate personnel.
• Research and resolve inquiries, ensuring timely responses to all relevant parties.
• Meet or exceed service level agreements (SLAs) by providing efficient and accurate support.
• Process requests and update account records, ensuring proper documentation of all interactions.
• Perform data entry tasks, assist with MSCAN / MSCHIP processing, and handle other related inquiries.
• Escalate complex issues or concerns to the team lead or supervisor as needed.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support team objectives.

The pay range for this position is $28,500.00-$40,700.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
