What You’ll Do
The Registration Manager leads the entire camper and guest registration process, ensuring a smooth, welcoming, and Christ-centered experience from initial inquiry through event departure. This role combines customer service, data management, team leadership, and sales responsibilities to maximize enrollment, foster strong relationships with families and church partners, and support SpringHill’s mission.
How You’ll Lead
Registration Oversight
- Oversee all aspects of the registration process : inquiries, sign-ups, pre-event communication, paperwork, on-site check-in and check-out, and pre-registration campaigns.
- Collaborate with Finance, Marketing, IT, and Program teams to align systems and processes
Customer Service
Provide a friendly first-impression for customers and guests on the phoneDevelop systems and processes to ensure we are providing the best possible customer service.Build and maintain relationships with parents, scholarship groups, and event leaders.Develop strategies for engagement, conflict resolution and long-term loyalty.Arrival / Departure Coordination
Manage on-site registration for all programmed events, creating a positive first and last impression.Plan staffing, communication, and logistics for high-volume arrival and departure periods.Team Leadership and Development
Recruit, train, mentor and lead seasonal registration staff.Conduct regular team meetings and on-on-one check-ins to ensure clarity of priorities and provide coaching.Foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and customer service.Pre-Registration
Design and implement pre-registration campaigns for future years in collaboration with Marketing team.Technology and Data Management
Manage registration software and databases, ensuring data integrity, security, and proper user access.Generate and analyze reports to monitor capacity, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.Financial Stewardship
Partner with Finance team to ensure accurate invoicing, payment processing, and timely collection of balances.Track and manage financial aid, scholarships, and promotional discounts.Contribute to annual budget forecasting and expense management for the Registration Department.Strategic Planning and Process Improvement
Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction.Analyze registration trends, raise concerns, and recommend solutions proactively.Maintain policies, procedures and contingency plans for smooth operations.Sales
Manage the retreat sales pipeline from inquiry to booking.Maintain HubSpot records, track interactions and pursue retention of existing groups.Build relationships with church leaders to become a trusted advisor.Develop cross-selling strategies and gather parent and partner feedback to drive repeat business.Requirements : How You’ll Succeed

3-5 years of experience in customer service, event registration, or sales.Strong leadership and team development skills.Proficiency with CRM, registration systems, and Microsoft Office products.Excellent written and verbal communication.Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Team player who takes pride in setting up others to succeed.Commitment to the mission and values of SpringHill.Physical Demand s
Physical demands mainly include, walking, climbing stairs, bending, sitting or standing for long periods of time and occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds.
