Duties And Responsibilities
Customer Satisfaction / Relations :
- Assist all departments in meeting or exceeding established customer satisfaction goal metrics.
- Promote and ensure good internal customer satisfaction amongst all departments.
- Effectively and efficiently resolve all customer complaints, before they negatively affect loyalty.
- Meets regularly with customers seeking feedback on the Dealership's performance.
- Develop relationships with key customers.
- Assists with roll out and integration of company's CSI and DSI Processes.
Financial Performance :
Meets or exceeds their location's planned financial results.Meets or exceeds location's absorption goals.Monitors expenses to help achieve planned ROI.Staff appropriately helping achieve location's goals.Assist L&R in meeting planned financial goals.Assists A / R in decision making and customer communications.Growth :
Assists all departments in attaining growth goals.Actively solicits accounts for new business.Successfully target conquest sales accounts.Ensures necessary assets are in place to achieve growth objectives.Operational Systems :
Conduct appropriate location or departmental meetings as necessary- working with departmental directors.Reviews monthly performance with departmental directors.Ensures a safe working environment for all employees.Utilizes systems to promote efficiency and communicationTruck Sales :
Attains personal sales gross profit objectives as outlined in annual budgetAssists the new and used truck sales departments reach budgeted goals.Remains knowledgeable and current on the products offered.Targets and conquests key fleet accounts as identified with Director of Sales.Assists Director of Sales with AOR assignments and development.Lease / Rental Operations :
Increase Idealease market share through full maintenance leasing.Develop relationships with key Idealease accounts.Help rental penetration within market, grow new rental and lease business.Help reduce costs in lease and rental operations.Oversee Idealease breakdown, tires and maintenance with monthly cost updates.Overall department responsibility for all locations. Acquisition of new equipment. Disposal of used equipment while following profit guidelines.Culture Management :
Promotes and rewards appropriate company culture.Is an effective leader and role model.Leads by example.Help develop and take the lead on the Corporate Culture Management process.Strategic Planning :
Works with President and Senior Management to develop and institute a location specific strategic plan.Works with Senior Management to develop goals and action plans for the location.Meets with Senior Management quarterly to review performance to plan.Qualifications
Ten years minimum of industry or like experience. Must have the ability to lead and motivate a team.
Working Conditions
This position is mostly sedentary. S / he will work at a desk in an office setting. S / he will be required to use office machinery such as the computer, copy machine and fax. S / he may be required, minimally, to travel to other locations as necessary to perform parallel duties or for mandatory meetings.
