Molding and Core Room Supervisor - $65k-$85k / annually DOE!

Integrity Trade Services is hiring a Molding and Core Room Supervisor for our foundry client to start immediately at $65k-$85k / annually DOE! Receive comprehensive benefits through our client upon hire!

Responsibilities :

This role reports directly to the Plant Manager and works in close collaboration with supervisors, quality, engineering, and maintenance teams to ensure the efficient, consistent, and safe operation of foundry production areas, including Core, Melt, Mold, and Grind. The individual in this position must have practical, job-related knowledge essential for the effective operation of the department. Strong administrative skills are also required to address a wide range of issues at the line management level.

The performance of the core room and molding department relies on the strategic assignment of personnel, optimal use of equipment and materials, continuous evaluation of new operational methods, and the promotion of positive relationships both within the department and across other functions. Responsibilities often include coordination with internal departments as well as external vendors.

• Insure that employees are working in a safe responsible manner and following process instructions
• Verify that daily schedules and job tickets are present
• Monitor inventory levels
• Assist molders and core makers as needed
• Insure all cores are ready for molding
• Verify the quality of the molds
• Insure that daily production is completed
• Report pattern and quality problems to the appropriate departments
• Insure that weekly cleaning up and preparation are completed

Location : Pewaukee, WI

Schedule / Shift Details : First Shift. 5AM-3 : 15PM Monday-Thursday
