Hourly Pay Rate

W2 Pay Rate RT (Regular Time)     $41.70

W2 Pay Rate OT (Over Time)     $62.55

Weekly Pay Package (Taxable + Nontaxable)

W2 Wage (RT+OT based on expected hrs)     $1,668.00

Nontaxable Weekly PerDiem     $1,246.00

Total Weekly Gross Pay Package     $2,914.00

Must be experienced in left / right heart cath, PCI, and peripheral procedures; device placement and renal cases also performed\nCerts- BLS, ARRT or RCIS accepted\nTX License req
