A company is looking for a Senior Sales Enablement Manager to join their growing GTM Enablement team.
Key Responsibilities
Design and deliver comprehensive new hire onboarding programs to accelerate time-to-productivity
Own the global enablement calendar and drive consistent skill development across all GTM teams
Create practical, field-ready content by synthesizing customer insights, win / loss data, and rep feedback into usable playbooks and assets
Required Qualifications
5+ years in B2B sales enablement or related sales roles
Experience building from 0 to 1 and scaling through hyper-growth
Strong foundations in sales methodology and best practices
Proficiency with core enablement tech stack (e.g. Gong, Outreach, LMS)
Data-driven approach to prioritization and program design
