Certs REQ :

Pending License accepted : Yes – must include proof of date submitted

Special Requirements : BLS

candidate cannot live within 50 miles of the facility

RTO Restrictions : Finalized RTO must be included with submission. No RTO within first week of start date. No more than 7 days of RTO per assignment.

Skills : Acute Care

Peds skills would be very welcome. Otherwise, general hospital OT and general OP. We have aquatic OT if you are interested. Excellent team here
