Job at a glance We're hiring a Full-Time FNP who wants to work in a young, vibrant, and fresh Family Practice! What you should know about the job : We are seeking a thoughtful and energetic Nurse Practitioner who is excited at the prospect of offering extremely high-touch, high-value, white-glove service to patients. You can expect to see between 5 and 8 patients a day, giving you the time to actually get all the way down to the root cause of what brought them in, and provide a level of care they can't get anywhere else. You'll be working alongside a physician who directs the practice. What does it pay? Starting salary is $120k, or $140k if you're licensed to provide aesthetic treatments. Includes a suite of benefit options, such as health insurance and 401(k). We also offer an incredible opportunity to buy into the business over time and participate in profit-sharing! Qualifications - Current and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in North Carolina (or ability to obtain one) - Ability to commute or relocate to Burlington, NC - Aesthetic licensure and experience (i.e. Botox, dermal fillers) is a significant plus, but not required Working Hours Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm Skills - Passion for practicing high-quality, relationship-based medicine without the constraints of insurance billing - Excellent communication skills and a warm, empathetic bedside manner - Comfort with a wide range of clinical presentations - from chronic disease management to acute care - Willingness to use technology to enhance patient access and continuity (texting, telemedicine, secure portals, etc.) - Strong interest in innovation, patient advocacy, and a healthcare model that puts people first!
