American Traveler is seeking a travel MRI Technologist for a travel job in Cookeville, Tennessee.

Job Description\n

American Traveler is seeking an MRI Technologist with at least 2 years of MRI experience and proficiency with Siemens scanners.

\n \n Responsibilities\n

  • Position is in a short term acute care setting on the MRI Tech unit
  • Siemens MRI scanner experience is required
  • Work schedule is Monday through Friday, evening shifts from 14 : 30 to 23 : 00
  • On-call required every sixth weekend and potentially one night during the week
  • Total hospital has 232 staffed beds
  • Paragon charting system is used
  • Must be able to participate in weekend call rotation and possible weekday call
  • Work in a smoke-free campus environment
  • Tattoos below the neck are permitted but inappropriate tattoos must be covered
  • Earrings other than ear piercings must be removed during work hours
  • Flu and COVID vaccine declination may be accepted on a case by case basis
  • Scrub uniforms of any color are acceptable
  • Parking is provided free of cost
  • Requested time off will be considered on a case by case basis
  • Candidates must provide two references for consideration

  • Minimum of 2 years MRI experience required
  • ARRT certification required
  • Experience with Siemens MRI equipment is required
  • First-time travelers must have Siemens experience
  • License required if applicable
  • Candidates must live more than 50 miles from the facility
  • Pending licenses will not be accepted
