Key Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruiting across technical or non-technical roles
Partner with hiring managers to define role scope and ensure alignment throughout the hiring process
Source candidates thoughtfully and maintain data hygiene in the ATS
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably at an early-stage SaaS startup
Strong sourcing ability with a focus on engaging diverse, passive talent
Experience partnering with hiring managers to guide hiring strategy
Commitment to equitable and inclusive hiring practices
High autonomy and empathy in work approach
