Now Hiring :   Account Representative

Location :  Bluffton, IN

Position Type :  Full-Time

Pay :  $14.00–$15.00 / hour

Position Summary :

A well-established company in the automotive retail and finance industry is seeking an  Account Representative  to join their  Bluffton, IN  team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and is passionate about building strong customer relationships.

What You’ll Do :

  • Communicate with customers in person and by phone to service and collect on accounts
  • Maintain accurate records and follow up on past-due accounts
  • Assist with dealership operations, lot presentation, and field visits
  • Ensure accounts stay on track through excellent customer service

What We’re Looking For :

  • 1–2 years of customer service or collections experience preferred
  • Strong communication and organization skills
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Team-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
