ASMPT in Suwanee, GA is looking for a Customer Service Representative. The customer Service Representative is the primary point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, order processing, and issue resolution. This role ensures that customers receive timely, accurate, and professional support, contributing to customer retention and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or CRM system.
  • Process quotes, orders, returns, and warranty claims in accordance with company policies with 100% accuracy.
  • Creation and entry of service contracts / chargeable service activities
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Escalate complex issues to the Operation Manager when is necessary.
  • Provide product, order, and service information to customers.
  • Collaborate with Logistics and Technical Support to resolve issues.
  • Validation and creation of credit memos where applicable
  • Provide coverage for the AMCAS Customer Service group as required
  • Spanish / Portugues language skills are a plus

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and conflict resolution skills

Education and Experience :

  • Associate or Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience.
  • 2 + years direct customer service experience, supervisory experience a plus
  • Flexible work schedule, shift working a possibility
  • Advanced ERP knowledge (SAP R5P or later release preferred)
  • Works with minimum supervision
  • Job Type : Full-time
