Passion for the integrated wellness approach and the important role it plays in mental health and overall wellness. Strong commitment to ethical practice and maintaining confidentiality. Excellent communication and organizational skills, including the ability to build rapport with clients and families. Excellent organizational and time management skills, including the ability to complete case notes and other required documentation tasks efficiently and correctly. Empathetic and nurturing, with the skill and will to push patients to persevere and achieve their goals. Self-aware and mentally stable. Ability to work on location, in the office, and manage a case load of a minimum of 30 sessions per week. Independent Pennsylvania license (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) Act 33 / 34 Clearances FBI Clearances Competitive pay ($65,000 - $85,000 (based on experience)) Opportunity to earn up to an additional $ 7K in incentive . Enjoy a monthly reimbursement for approved wellness-related expenses, such as gym memberships of up to $200 per month. Steady client base - we are privileged to have earned and developed strong relationships with many physicians in the Pittsburgh area. You will have access to our steady referral base. $1,000 annually education reimbursement for professional development, including continuing education, workshops, and conferences. $500 per year licensing fee reimbursement for renewal of licenses and certifications.

Position Summary

Key Responsibilities
As a fulltime licensed counselor (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) on our team, you will experience an environment where both you and our clients are supported and can thrive.
- Provide customized outpatient therapy for individuals and groups, addressing each client’s unique needs and circumstances to support healing and resilience (case load of a minimum of 30 sessions per week).
- Develop and implement comprehensive crisis, safety, relapse prevention, and wellness plans, to maintain stability and empower clients on their mental health journey.
- Participate actively in case consultations and discharge planning, bringing your expertise forward to identify opportunities to improve client care.
- Complete session notes, documentation and treatment plans in a timely manner, maintaining high standards of professional responsibility.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, dietitians, administrative staff, personal trainers and fellow counselors to offer a well-rounded, integrated approach to both the mental health and overall wellness care of our clients.
