Loan Associate Analyst

As a Loan Associate Analyst, you will be responsible for performing day-to-day lender service operations including one or more of the following loan servicing functions :

• Document processing
• Payment calculations
• Security redemptions
• Transmitting / approving money movements
• Reviewing account activity
• Remittance reconciliation
• Monitoring industry performance / adherence with stated agreements

You will be responsible for selecting the appropriate methods from a wide variety of procedures and / or make simple adaptations and interpretations of a limited number of substantive guides and manuals. The clerical steps often vary in type or sequence, depending on the task. You will be able to escalate any recognized issues.
