• Compensation : $250,000+ base salary depending on experience.

• Additional Info : The Family Practice Physician (FPP) will provide comprehensive outpatient care to the Bad River community while also serving as a leader within the clinic. This role includes collaborating with other providers and staff, ensuring high-quality patient care, and stepping into Medical Director responsibilities when needed. The FPP also acts as a consultant to clinic leadership and Tribal Council while fostering teamwork, professionalism, and effective communication.Key Responsibilities : - Deliver primary & secondary outpatient care- Collaborate with physicians, FNPs, and health staff- Supervise RN, FNP, Lab Tech, Pharmacist & Medical Assistant- Consult with Clinic leadership, Health Board & Tribal Council- Assume Medical Director duties in their absence- Coordinate with AODA & Behavioral Health programs- Promote professionalism, teamwork & positive clinic representation
