About the Role

Aquila is seeking an Application Engineer / Administrator to join our team in supporting one of the country's premier defense research organizations. We are seeking a highly skilled Application Engineer / Administrator to manage, deploy, and maintain a suite of engineering and development tools critical to our mission. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with several of the following applications and the ability to collaborate closely with engineering teams to support onboarding and day-to-day operations.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. Citizen – Authorized to Work in the US – Must have an Active Secret Clearance; Top Secret Clearance is preferred (Green Cards / Visas DO NOT qualify)
• Willingness to undergo a comprehensive background investigation and maintain a personal security clearance. (Aquila would sponsor you for the security clearance.)
• Must be within 100 miles from Cambridge, Massachusetts.
• Active Secret Clearance (Top Secret preferred).
• Hands-on experience managing and supporting at least a few of the following tools : GitLab, IBM DOORS, Mathematica, Ansys, IRIS, NoMagic Teamwork Cloud, Anchore, Nexus.
• Proven ability to deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot enterprise applications in secure environments.
• Strong understanding of Linux / Windows server environments and networking fundamentals.
