RKD Group is seeking an organized, detail-oriented Events Coordinator to support the planning and execution of internal and external events that represent our brand, foster engagement, and drive business impact. Based in Dallas, TX, this position will play a critical role in coordinating all logistical aspects of events, from scouting locations and booking venues to managing food, beverage, branded swag, and industry conference presence.

Key responsibilities :

Event Planning & Logistics

• Research, evaluate, and recommend venues in alignment with event goals and audience needs
• Coordinate event logistics including venue booking, A / V needs, catering, room setup, and vendor communications
• Maintain a master calendar of upcoming events, conferences, and key deadlines
• Create the event marketing plan and materials, including drafting content for event landing pages, invitations, onsite materials in coordination with client service teams

Location : Dallas

Pay Range expected for the position : $50,000 - $60,000 annually.

The position level and compensation for this role will be determined based on the market location, experience, job skills, and qualifications of the candidate.
