Quality Admin
The Quality Administrator plays a key role in supporting the quality management system (QMS) by maintaining documentation, tracking compliance, coordinating audits, and assisting with continuous improvement initiatives. This position ensures that quality standards are upheld across all departments and that regulatory and customer requirements are consistently met.
Key responsibilities include :
- Maintain and update quality documentation, including procedures, work instructions, and records.
- Assist in the preparation and execution of internal and external audits.
- Track and report on quality metrics such as non-conformances, corrective actions, and customer complaints.
- Support document control processes and ensure proper versioning and distribution.
- Coordinate training related to quality procedures and standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support root cause analysis and corrective / preventive actions (CAPA).
- Ensure compliance with ISO standards and other regulatory requirements.
- Assist in the development and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage supplier quality documentation and performance tracking.
- Provide administrative support to the Quality department as needed.
Qualifications :
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.Experience in a quality assurance or administrative role, preferably in a manufacturing or regulated industry.Familiarity with ISO 9001 or other quality standards.Strong organizational and documentation skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $29.00 / hr.

This is a fully onsite position in New Berlin, WI.
