Salary : $14.18 - $16.44 Per Hour, Based on Experience

Key Responsibilities :

As an Auction host, your day-to-day duties may include and are not limited to the following :

  • Provide excellent customer service, greet, and assist customers.
  • Help customers understand store shopping policies and procedures, must be detail oriented and thorough in following counting procedures.
  • Efficiently operate a cash register and scanner to itemize and total customer’s purchase, collect payment from customers and make change, bag and assist customers with merchandise as necessary.
  • Ability to stock and merchandise in an organized manner.
  • Maintain visual displays of merchandise.
  • Assist in cleaning the store, taking out trash, dusting and mopping store floors, cleaning restroom and stockroom.
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
  • Management may assign other tasks as needed.

Requirements :

  • Basic math skills and ability to handle transactions accurately.
  • Attend daily morning huddles to identify the top priorities for the day.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
  • Team-oriented with a positive and professional attitude.
  • The ability to manage physical tasks, such as lifting, reaching, standing, bending, and lifting products up to 50 pounds for prolonged periods of time, and staying active throughout your shift.
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
  • Be dependable, flexible and treat others with kindness and respect.

    • Education and Experience :

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous retail experience preferred.
  • Previous warehouse experience is a plus.
