The Store Leader will oversee daily retail operations with a focus on one of our primary departments : Outlet, Bins, or Auctions. This position requires cross-training across all store departments to ensure seamless operational coverage and team synergy. This position will set the tone for exceptional customer service, operational excellence, and team collaboration.

Salary : $45,000 to $60,000 Based on Experience

Key Responsibilities : As Store Leader, your day-to-day duties may include and are not limited to the following :

General Leadership Responsibilities (All Departments)

  • Lead by example to cultivate a customer-first culture.
  • Train, mentor, and supervise team members across all departments.
  • Ensure accurate implementation of company policies, processes, and merchandising standards.
  • Monitor and achieve sales, productivity, and shrinkage goals.
  • Provide feedback, coaching, and performance evaluations.
  • Assist with scheduling, labor management, and shift coverage.
  • Resolve customer issues and escalate when necessary.
  • Ensure a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
  • Collaborate with other department leads for cross-coverage and store-wide efficiency.

Primary Departmental Responsibilities

Outlet Department (if assigned) :

  • Supervise sorting, pricing, stocking, and merchandising of inventory.
  • Maintain visually appealing displays that meet brand standards.
  • Oversee cashiering operations and ensure accurate transaction handling.
  • Monitor inventory flow and coordinate with warehouse as needed.
  • Responsible for ensuring the store is stocked and merchandised properly
  • Responsible for KPIs and P&L of department
  • Train team on safe and efficient pricing and stocking procedures.
  • Bins Department (if assigned) :

  • Organize daily bin rotation schedules and ensure cleanliness and accessibility.
  • Oversee sorting and pricing of bin merchandise.
  • Ensure bins are organized, replenished, and rotated according to operational goals.
  • Responsible for KPIs and P&L of department
  • Ensure bins are stocked according to stock plan and ready each day for our customers
  • Supervise cashiering functions and maintain transaction accuracy.
  • Communicate any shrink or inventory concerns promptly.
  • Auctions Department (if assigned) :

  • Coordinate the pricing of auction items with consistency and accuracy.
  • Ensure all products are properly tagged and uploaded to the auction system.
  • Verify invoices, track sold items and facilitate proper location verification for pick-up.
  • Responsible for KPIs and P&L of department
  • Responsible for ensuring auctions are set and ready for go live as scheduled
  • Oversee cashiering and customer pick-up to ensure a smooth process.
  • Communicate auction feedback and results to management for continuous improvement.
  • Requirements :

  • A minimum of 2 years of consecutive management / leadership experience.
  • Basic computer skills
  • Ability to use and manage spreadsheets preferred .
  • Time management.
  • The ability to manage physical tasks, such as lifting, reaching, standing, bending, and lifting products up to 40 pounds for prolonged periods of time, and staying active throughout your shift.
  • Education and Experience :

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous retail leadership experience preferred.
