About The Position

Compensation :

  • Projected earnings $700,000 - $1M+ after year one
  • $360,000 guaranteed base salary (negotiable) in year one with a tiered collections-based bonus model
  • Additional earnings for supervising PAs
  • MOHS procedures, if performed, are paid at an enhanced rate
  • Partnership opportunity available in year three, with equity and profit-sharing potential

  • Private, physician-owned practice with no private equity involvement
  • Practice general dermatology with the option to incorporate cosmetic procedures or MOHS surgery, if desired

    • Support & Infrastructure :

  • 3-4 MAs per provider, trained for procedures and scribing; many are bilingual
  • 13 PAs in the group, with 2 or more assigned per physician
  • All providers are supported by a dedicated clinical team, enabling you to work at the top of your license
  • Modern EMR (EMA) for streamlined documentation

  • BE / BC Dermatology
  • Fellowship-trained Mohs surgeons welcome
