This shift for this role is Monday through Friday, 1 : 30 PM-5 : 30 PM

Custodian

Our Custodian is primarily responsible for providing a clean and professionally maintained environment for our Phyto Cultivation facility.

Your role in caring for our company :

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following :

• Oversee building and ground maintenance.
• Ensure that the facility is clean, organized, and maintained acceding to our company policy and procedures.
• Maintain a running inventory of all cleaning supplies and submit requests when supplies get low
• Complete daily cleaning schedule
• Assist with the setup of facilities for meetings, events, or tours
• Report any major damages to management and oversee repairs
• Replace air filters throughout the building on a regular schedule.
• Stock appropriate rooms with gloves, paper towels, isopropyl and other consumables as needed.
• Operate industrial floor scrubber to clean 1st and 2nd level floors on a routine basis
• Responsible for daily cleaning and maintaining the breakroom and bathrooms which includes :
• Sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping floors
• Dusting and wiping down surfaces
• Cleaning toilets and sinks
• Cleaning fridge, microwave, coffeepot and other appliances
• Sort and dispense clean scrubs to employees' cubbies.
• Remove and place trash in appropriate outdoor receptacle daily.
• Contributes to the overall success of the facilities by performing other essential duties as assigned other duties as assigned.
