IT Inventory Specialist

A long-term opportunity is available for a detail-oriented IT Audit Consultant to join a specialized auditing team within a large enterprise environment. This role focuses on research, auditing, and data validation to support IT asset management and operational efficiency.

• Responsibilities :
• Audit IT service ticket workflows for accuracy using ServiceNow.
• Analyze and validate inventory location and billing data using Excel and other tools.
• Investigate and resolve issues related to lost or misallocated equipment.
• Track and audit the movement of IT assets across locations.
• Maintain organized documentation and contribute to process improvements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure data integrity and operational compliance.
• Top Skills Required (must haves) :
• 6+ months of experience in audit, data analysis, or asset / inventory functions.
• Proficiency with Excel spreadsheets and data validation techniques.
• Strong organizational, documentation, and project coordination skills.
• Computer literacy
• Qualifications :
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical thinking.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
• Willingness to learn and grow into technical support roles after audit project completion.
• Work Environment :

This is an on-site role based in a professional office setting. The team is collaborative and focused on improving IT asset management processes.

• Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $22.00 / hr.
