Senior Product Manager (Credit Cards)
We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our Credit Cards team someone who combines strategic business thinking with hands-on product development skills to deliver exceptional customer experiences and measurable business impact. This role is critical to driving spend, engagement, and revenue growth while strengthening payment capabilities, improving delinquency prevention, and ensuring we deliver high-quality, user-centered solutions.
You'll lead initiatives end-to-end from uncovering opportunities and crafting compelling business cases, to shaping strategy, launching, and iterating based on results. Early priorities will center on increasing cardholder engagement and spend, with potential to lead impactful initiatives such as developing new card offerings, enhancing loss prevention capabilities, and expanding autopay adoption.

Problems You Will Solve
- Lead end-to-end product development from discovery and business case creation to launch, adoption, and ongoing optimization.
- Partner with analytics to measure performance, identify opportunities, and make data-driven decisions to improve spend, engagement, and retention.
- Drive a best-in-class customer experience through thoughtful product design, user flows, and feature execution.
- Own and evolve the roadmap for key cardholder initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
- Work closely with cross-functional partners in engineering, design, marketing, credit risk, legal, and operations to deliver products on time and to spec.
- Champion continuous learning by running experiments, gathering feedback, and iterating quickly.
- Bring strong execution discipline, ensuring projects hit milestones and deliver impact.
About You
A bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Computer Science or related field.610 years of product management experience, ideally in fintech, payments, or consumer financial services.Identify, size, and validate new business opportunities, turning insights into actionable product strategies.Proven ability to translate business objectives into exceptional user experiences that drive measurable results.Track record of leading high-impact launches and growing adoption post-launch.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; comfortable with metrics, A / B testing, and performance monitoring.Skilled at balancing business, customer, and technical needs in decision-making.Exceptional collaboration skills able to build strong, trust-based relationships across functions, influence without authority, and work through challenges constructively.Excellent communication and storytelling skills; able to influence at all levels.Self-starter with extreme ownership you proactively identify problems, find solutions, and drive them to completion.Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where priorities can shift quickly.Coachable and growth-oriented open to feedback and committed to continual improvement.What We Offer
