Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience as a QA Automation Engineer, Software Development Engineer in Test, Software Developer, or similar role.
• 5+ years of experience in Java-based automation.
• 5+ years of experience in Agile methodologies.
• BS in Computer Science or a related area, or equivalent work experience.
• Strong programming skills in Java, Selenium, or other languages.
• Experience enabling teams with high quality testing practices such as CI / CD and PushonGreen.
• Proficient in mobile and web application testing, test framework maintenance, and continuous improvement.
• Ability to identify and analyze root causes of complex bugs in your own and others' code.
• Knowledge of TestNG; Appium experience is a solid plus.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Passion for mentoring others and growing careers.
• Ability to work independently and guide team members and stakeholders on automation testing.
