AIOps Sr Engineer

Overview

Akkodis is seeking an AIOps Sr Engineer for a contract with a client in McLean, VA. You will lead technical delivery, coordinate multi-vendor teams, and ensure end-to-end automation and platform integration across environments.

Rate Range : $50 / hour to 53 / hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical delivery of AIOps solutions, ensuring alignment with client requirements and architectural standards.
• Implement and integrate tools such as ServiceNow ITOM, Ansible, and Dynatrace across staging and production environments.
• Identify automation use cases and drive end-to-end solution design, deployment, and go-live planning.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and vendors to ensure smooth implementation and ongoing support.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly) to provide visibility into system performance and automation outcomes.
• Support BAU operations and ensure non-functional requirements and certifications are met throughout the solution lifecycle.

Pay Details : $50.00 to $53.00 per hour
