Manager of Home Health Services
The Manager of Home Health Services is responsible for the daily operations and management of the local Home Health services at the designated location. This role ensures the delivery of high-quality patient care, compliance with all regulatory and accreditation standards, and efficient management of resources. The Manager of Home Health will lead a multidisciplinary team, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment to achieve the best possible outcomes for patients.
Minimum Qualifications
Education, Certification, and / or Licensure :
1. Current unencumbered licensure with the WV Board of Registered Professional Nurses, or appropriate state board where services will be provided, as a registered professional nurse OR current multi-state licensure through the enhanced Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC).
2. Must possess valid WV or neighboring state driver's license and must maintain WV or neighboring state minimum auto insurance.
Experience :
1. Five (5) years of progressive Registered Nurse experience required.
2. Two (2) years of supervisory experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Education, Certification, and / or Licensure :
1. Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
Experience :
1. Two (2) years of previous experience in a hospital / home care / hospice leadership role (such as charge nurse, nurse manager, or documentable consistent demonstration of strong leadership skills while functioning as a staff nurse).

1. Must have the ability to work successfully under highly-stressful conditions, and must be capable of adapting to varying workloads and work assignments on a constant basis.
2. Must have the ability to make sound, independent judgments based on scientific principles, and also be able to collaborate with other multi-disciplinary team members in an appropriate fashion.
3. Must have the ability to comprehend and perform oral and written instructions and procedures.
4. Must have strong communications skills, written and verbal.
5. Must have math skills to enable calculation of drug dosages and infusion stats.
