White Castle Roofing looking for a motivated Project Estimator who’s detail-oriented, eager to learn, and ready to grow. Whether you’re fresh out of college or bringing a bit of blueprint reading or construction experience, this role is the perfect way to start a career in commercial construction and be part of projects that truly make an impact.

What You’ll Do

  • Learn how to estimate commercial roofing projects with accuracy
  • Review project plans and specifications (blueprint reading experience a big plus!)
  • Communicate clearly with clients, contractors, and teammates
  • Stay organized, solve problems, and meet deadlines as part of a supportive team

What We’re Looking For

  • Detail-oriented, driven, and coachable
  • Blueprint reading experience preferred (training provided)
  • Construction, engineering, or estimating background / education a plus
  • Strong communication and time-management skills
  • Valid driver’s license

    Schedule : Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM (some evenings / weekends)
