Solutions Consultant

A company is looking for a Solutions Consultant to drive business impact by leveraging technology and domain expertise.

Key Responsibilities

Act as a subject matter expert on the platform and a trusted advisor to customers and internal teams

Collaborate with Sales to identify customer needs and qualify opportunities through in-depth discovery

Participate in product demonstrations and communicate customer requirements to onboarding and implementation teams

Required Qualifications

2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role (e.g., SC, AE, SDR, CSM)

Ability to ask insightful questions to uncover pain points and generate new ideas

Capability to translate customer use cases into scalable, value-based solutions

Strong presentation skills to engage diverse stakeholder personas
