Job Description

As a Security Professional - Manufacturing Site - Overnight Shift in Memphis, TN , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more.

As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a leading manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remaining highly visible to help deter security-related incidents. Your role will involve conducting routine patrols, engaging with individuals on-site, and delivering exceptional customer service and communication. You will be an integral part of a team that values agility, reliability, and innovation, working together to create a welcoming environment where people come first and integrity guides every action.

What You'll Do :

Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites

  • Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
  • Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
  • Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
  • Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities :

  • Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, including emergency response activities when appropriate.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols around the manufacturing and industrial location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and / or potential hazards.
  • Monitor access points and observe activities within the location to help to deter potential security-related concerns.
  • Document and report any security-related incidents, unusual observations, or maintenance needs encountered during patrols.
  • Collaborate with on-site personnel and local authorities as needed to address security-related matters.
  • Maintain a visible presence throughout the location to help to deter unwanted behavior and provide reassurance to employees and visitors.

    • Minimum Requirements :

  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
