About The Position

ID : 71863046 Shift : Days Shifts rotate between 0800-1600, 1030-1800, 1000-1400 / 4-8 Hour Shifts / 32 Hour Guarantee Description : The Pharmacist performs clinical pharmacy functions, including customer monitoring and consulting with other clinical staff. Reviews medication orders for appropriateness, dosing, frequency, potential interactions and possible allergic reactions. Oversees the dispensing of medications and intravenous solutions by pharmacy technicians.Performs kinetic drug dosingConsults with medical and nursing staffParticipates in medication reconciliationOversees medication dispensing by support personnelAccepts other duties as assigned to promote the accomplishment of organizational goals. Submission requirements : Outpatient Pharmacy or Retail Pharmacy Experience- RequiredBachelor of Science in Pharmacy or a Doctor of Pharmacy degree.-RequiredLicensed by MN State Board of Pharmacy-RequiredProficiency in Epic Willow -PreferredProfile historySkills Checklist, current to 1 year, pertinent to the specialty2 Supervisory References with dates employed listedIf a candidate is not eligible to work in the USA, it must be noted on their profileALL RTO requests must be included at the time of submittal, NMH may not honor RTO requests after submittal 4th Weekend Guaranteed Hours : 32 Contract Weeks : 91
